(07:24) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A Santa Cruz County non-profit organization has started its year-end giving drive. O’Neill Sea Odyssey provides free, ocean science and ecology programs to youth throughout the Central Coast. Participants learn about marine biology and navigation, and conduct community service projects.
