(7:39) SALINAS- The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Friday night knife attack. Authorities say the that two coworkers were having dinner at a home on the 700 block of San Juan Grade, near Salinas, when 22 year old Eduardo Cardenas stabbed the victim several times with a kitchen knife. Cardenas then stole the man’s truck and fled the scene. Cardenas is still at large and possibly driving the stolen , black, 2006 Toyota truck, license plate number 8S60419. Any one with information is encouraged to contact authorities.
