(19:02) SALINAS- Former Salinas Mayor Anna Caballero has announced her candidacy for the State Assembly. The announcement follows her recent resignation from Governor Brown’s Cabinet as Secretary of the California Business, Consumer Services and Housing Agency. Caballero is running for a seat in the Assembly’s 30th district.
