(09:00) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – Caltrans officials are seeking input on its Highway 17 Access Management Plan. The plan is aiming to improve mobility and safety needs in the Highway 17 corridor. The proposal will include management strategies and recommendations seeking to preserve the functional integrity of the highway. The public can provide input on the proposal at two outreach events on Wednesday. The first will be located at a booth at the Downtown Farmers Market in Santa Cruz from 1:30 to 4 p.m. The second event will be held at Loma Prieta School in Los Gatos from 5:30 to 7 p.m. For more information, visit ca-hwy17amp.org .
