(08:09) SANTA CRUZ – The man who died after being struck by a vehicle in Santa Cruz earlier this month has been identified. 25-year-old Kyle Pape was hit by a car while crossing Soquel Avenue at Cayuga Street on November 9th. Pape was transported to a trauma center and was pronounced dead the next day. The driver involved in the incident has not been cited or arrested. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
