(07:01) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A paving project is expected to cause delays on Highway 9 Friday. The roadway will be closed north of Highlands Park to Scenic Way near Ben Lomond from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Traffic will be diverted to Glen Arbor Road and motorists can expect delays of up to 15 minutes. The public will still be able to access Highlands Park and Highland High School. (S.G.)
