(09:49) MONTEREY – A tunnel closure in Monterey is expected to impact traffic Thursday night. The Lighthouse Avenue tunnel will be closed in both directions at 11 p.m. for cleaning. Traffic will be diverted onto Pacific Street. Work is expected to be completed by 6 a.m. Friday. (S.G.)
