(06:28) SCOTTS VALLEY – A man and a woman from Santa Cruz were arrested in Scotts Valley Wednesday night on drug and gun charges. Police were patrolling the 4700 block of Scotts Valley Drive when they pulled over a pickup truck. Officers found that the driver, 28-year-old Wilmer Martinez, and his passenger, 36-year-old Lisa Castillo, were not licensed drivers. A search of the vehicle recovered several bindles of heroin, a loaded gun, and over $2,000 in cash. Both Martinez and Castillo were booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
