(14:30) Monterey and San Benito counties – A frost advisory has been issued for the overnight hours tonight. Temperatures are expected to possibly drop as low as 33 degrees in the pre-dawn and early morning hours for the southern Salinas Valley, the hills around Monterey and portions of San Benito county too. It is recommended that people either cover (or bring inside) sensitive outdoor plants. This frost advisory is expected to remain in effect from 3 a-m until 8 a-m tomorrow (Thursday).
