(08:39) MONTEREY – Monterey city officials are considering a ban on e-cigarettes. The ordinance would prohibit the use of vapes and e-cigs anywhere where smoking is not allowed. Officials are also considering a ban on regular smoking on Municipal Wharf II. The new ordinance will be addressed during Tuesday’s city council meeting. (S.G.)
