(09:03) ROYAL OAKS – A Royal Oaks man was arrested on Saturday for felony vandalism. Deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of Strawberry Road around 8:30 p.m. following a report of a disturbance. On scene, deputies spotted 46-year-old Ross Killian attempting to leave the scene. He was apprehended shortly after. Investigators determined that Killian had entered a home occupied by three residents and damaged a window with a baseball bat. He was booked into Monterey County Jail. (S.G.)
