(07:27) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A man was arrested in north Santa Cruz County on Friday night for DUI and carrying loaded weapons in a vehicle. Deputies with the Coast Patrol pulled over 21-year-old Brett Caplin after spotting him driving recklessly. Investigators determined that Caplin was driving under the influence. A search of his car recovered two loaded firearms and a BB rifle. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. (S.G.)
