(06:58) SEASIDE – A Seaside man wanted on drug charges was found in the Carmel Valley Tuesday. 26-year-old Christopher Alexander Cardenas is suspected of selling and possessing heroin. Cardenas was found staying with a relative at Rippling River Senior Housing. He was arrested on additional charges of obstructing and delaying peace officers. Cardenas was booked into Monterey County Jail. (S.G.)
