(08:30) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A Santa Cruz County healthcare agency has been recognized for providing quality patient care. Dignity Health Dominican Hospital’s home health agency has received a rating of five out of five stars from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Dominican was evaluated on a number of factors including education on medications, timely initiation of care, and preventing hospitalization. The agency was among 3 percent nationwide to achieve a five star rating. (S.G.)
