(08:06) GILROY – A Gilroy woman who was stabbed earlier this month has died from her injuries. 83-year-old Margarita Subia was allegedly attacked by her grandson, 20-year-old Stephen Gause-Subia on October 5. Gause-Subia is also accused of stabbing his 60-year-old aunt. Margarita Subia was pronounced dead over the weekend. The 60-year-old victim remains hospitalized. Gause-Subia now faces one count of murder and a count of attempted murder. (S.G.)
