(19:19) SALINAS- A Salinas community group will be hosting A Code Enforcement seminar. Salinas Neighbors United (SNU) is putting on the event which will feature Megan Hunter of the City’s Community Development Department. The event focuses on neighborhood based volunteer groups, watch organizations and transformation to secure communities.
