(10:42) KING CITY – King City police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred earlier this week. The incident took place at San Lorenzo Liquors shortly before 9:30 p.m. Monday. A man armed with a handgun reportedly entered the business, held an employee at gunpoint and demanded money. A second man then walked into the store to help his accomplice. The robbers fled the scene on foot. Both men have been described as Hispanic and between 5’8’’ and 6 feet tall. The first robber had short afro style hair and wore a dark blue t-shirt, black jeans, and Converse sneakers. The second was wearing khaki shorts and a grey and black striped hoodie.
