(07:05) SALINAS – Two men were arrested in Salinas Tuesday night following a vehicle pursuit. The incident occurred when police attempted to pull over a car for a vehicle code violation. The driver failed to stop and led officers on a brief pursuit before crashing into a parked car. The driver, 25-year-old Antonio Zavala, and a passenger, 29-year-old Edgar Navarro, were apprehended. A second passenger fled the scene. A search of the vehicle recovered a loaded gun. Zavala and Navarro were booked into Monterey County Jail. (S.G.)
