(07:05) CAPITOLA – Capitola police conducted a minor decoy operation over the weekend. On Sunday, minors were sent into various businesses to attempt to purchase alcohol. During the operation, clerks at Quality Market, 76 Gas Station and Verutti Liquor were issued misdemeanor citations for selling alcohol to a minor. The effort was funded by a grant from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. (S.G.)
