(07:24) SANTA CRUZ – A man was arrested in Santa Cruz for vandalism over the weekend. On Saturday, deputies received reports of a man running through the streets, yelling at passing cars. 49-year-old James McHale was located shortly after. Deputies discovered that McHale had smashed the wall of a business on Soquel Drive, causing hundreds of dollars in damage. He was apprehended and booked into county jail. (S.G.)
