(16:50) BOULDER CREEK – A San Mateo couple has been arrested in connection with the Boulder Creek Dine-and-dash earlier this month. 32 year-old Kyle Spencer Shields and 41 year-old Sonia Dawn Jepson had dined at Scopazzi’s and then tried to leave without paying their bill. Shields reportedly stabbed an employee and a customer when the 2 tried to stop him from leaving. Law enforcement officers were able to track down Shields and Jepson because a witness wrote down the license plate of their vehicle. Shields and Jepson, who face a variety of charges in connection with the September 13th incidents, were booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
