(07:53) SANTA CRUZ – A free public talk is being presented at the Seymour Marine Discovery Center in Santa Cruz on Wednesday. The event will feature photographer and lecturer Kim Steinhardt talking about sea otter survival. Steinhardt’s address, titled “Sea Otter Survival Story: How Lawsuits and Oil Spills have replaced Spears and Guns”, will begin at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and seating is first come, first served.
