(07:46) WATSONVILLE – Fire crews extinguished a grass fire in Watsonville Monday afternoon. The 2,000-square-foot blaze was reported near Airport Boulevard and Pajaro Lane. Watsonville firefighters extinguished the blaze with the assistance of a Cal Fire engine. Investigators believe the fire was sparked by embers from a transient camp. (S.G.)
