(22:47) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance to identify a woman who was struck by a vehicle. Early yesterday (MONDAY) morning, officers responded to a traffic collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian on Soquel Avenue and Morrissey Boulevard. The pedestrian suffered major injuries and is in critical care at a bay area trauma center. The driver of the car stayed on scene and has not been cited or charged. Anyone with information on the injured woman’s identity is asked to contact Santa Cruz police.
