(10:36) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – All ten branches of the Santa Cruz Public Library will be participating in National Voter Registration Day Tuesday. Volunteers will be available at each branch during regular operating hours to help voters register, either online or on paper forms. Residents must re-register to vote if they just turned 18, moved, changed their name, changed their political party, just completed probation or have not voted in four years or more. Santa Cruz Public Libraries is one of thousands of national, state and local organizations participating in National Voter Registration Day 2015. (S.G.)
