(07:38) MONTEREY COUNTY – The SPCA of Monterey County is available to assist residents affected by the fires. Volunteers are helping residents in the fire area move their pets and livestock. The SPCA is also providing pet food for evacuated animals. Anyone in need of assistance is encouraged to contact the SPCA. (S.G.)
