(19:17) SANTA CRUZ- The City of Santa Cruz will be replacing a faulty shut off valve on a 36 inch water main next Tuesday. The valve which is stuck on needs to be replaced in case the pipe needs to be closed in the event of an earthquake or other natural disaster. Crews will begin repairs on Ocean Street at 10 p.m. on the 21st and finishing by 4 p.m. on the 22nd. Most of Santa Cruz will be affected by the process.
