(09:19) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – Santa Cruz County has been awarded a $2 million grant to expand homeless services and develop a recycled water project. The state funds have been given by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The funds will be used to provide homeless and disabled individuals with permanent housing. The grant will also go towards a proposed recycled water facility in Davenport. The remaining funds will be distributed to the Davenport Resource Center and Encompass Community Services. (S.G.)
