(07:42) SANTA CRUZ – A bridge repair project is expected to cause traffic delays in Santa Cruz. Beginning Monday, Soquel Drive between Mattison Lane and Rodeo Gulch Road will be subject to lane closures between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Motorists are being asked to avoid the area, or expect delays of up to 30 minutes. The project is expected to be completed by mid-October. (S.G.)
