(07:40) PACIFIC GROVE – A construction project in Pacific Grove is expected to cause traffic delays this fall. On Monday, crews will begin working at the intersection of Forest and David Avenues. Westbound on Forest Avenue, the right turn lane onto David Avenue will be closed off. Crews will be working from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Motorists can expect delays of up to 20 minutes. The project is expected to be completed in November. (S.G.)
