\(17:28) SANTA CRUZ – The Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter is experiencing an overload of animals in need of adoption. To encourage more animal adoptions, the adoption price for all dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, and rabbits, will be half price through September 2015. Shelter animals are a bargain, with fees including spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, a free pet wellness exam, and more.
