(12:05) MONTEREY COUNTY – Highway 1 in Monterey County will be subject to traffic delays this week. Drainage cleaning will be done on the northbound and southbound lanes on Highway 1 between the Molera Park Entrance and Garrapata Creek Bridge from 8:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday through Friday. One lane will be subject to closure and motorists can expect delays of approximately 10 minutes.
