)16:02) SEASIDE- Detectives have arrested two Seaside gang members.. The arrests cane after police investigated the August 23rd gang motivated beating of a man on the 1700 block of Freemont Drive, where three men attacked the victim while shouting gang slogans. At 3 p.m. Friday officers with the Peninsula Regional Violence and Narcotics Team charged 22 year old Julio Vasques and 23 year old Valente Santiago with felony battery and gang enhancements. Bail has been set at 40,00 dollars.
