(15:15) CAPITOLA- A Monterey county man died after falling from a cliff in Capitola early Sunday Morning. Authorities say that shortly before 3:30 a.m. the 23 year old victim was in the Escalona Gulch area, near Grove Lane and Park Avenue when he fell from a cliff and suffered fatal injuries. At this time foul play is not suspected. The victim’s identity is being withheld pending notification of family.
