(07:30) SANTA CLARA – Three guards from the Santa Clara County Main Jail have been arrested on multiple charges including murder. 31-year-old Micahael Tyree was murdered while serving a 5-day sentence for petty theft, he had a history of mental illness. The deputies were arrested and are being accused of murder, conspiracy and assault under color of authority. The three deputies, Matthew Farris, Jereh Lubrin and Rafael Rodrigues were booked into jail and are being held without bail. M.K.
