The following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Esplanade at Stockton Avenue, San Jose Avenue at Capitola Avenue, and Stockton Avenue at Wharf Road through Riverview Avenue, Capitola Avenue, and Esplanade.
