(18:11) LAGUNA SECA- A vegetation fire near the Laguna Seca Rifle and Pistol range burned 49 acres yesterday (Sunday). The blaze started shortly after 1 p.m. when a shooter’s bullet struck a culvert, igniting the fire. Calfire crews had the blaze fully extinguished at about 4 p.m. The shooter was following protocol for the range and will not face charges..
