(10:08) SALINAS – A Salinas man has been arrested on suspicion of trespassing and theft. 46-year-old Travis Dean Carter allegedly stole around 600 gallons of diesel from an agricultural company over the course of several months. The case has been forwarded to the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office. Meanwhile, investigators are looking for a second suspect in connection with the fuel theft. (S.G.)
