(12:22) SCOTTS VALLEY – Scotts Valley Firefighters battled a small wild land fire on the 1600 block of Nelson Road this morning. The fire was reported around 8 a.m. when a tree branch fell, downing a power line which caused the small grass fire. Shortly after, PG&E shut off the power and fire fighters were able to put out the fire by dousing the smoldering area with water.
