(07:18) MONTEREY – Monterey officials have reported a fish die-off in the city’s harbor. Hundreds of dead anchovies have been found in the harbor’s waters as well as a number of dead birds. Visiting marine mammals have also been seen exhibiting signs of illness. Officials believe wildlife is being adversely impacted by above average warm waters and the presence of toxic algae. (S.G.)
