(09:01) CAPITOLA – A Soquel man was arrested over the weekend after allegedly taking photos of a teenage girl. Shortly after 4:30 p.m. Sunday, a witness reported seeing a man following and taking pictures of a 15-year-old girl on Capitola Main Beach. At the scene, officers contacted 58-year-old Bruce Inman, who admitted to taking the photos. Inman was booked into county jail on $20,000 bail. (S.G.)
