(07:43) SANTA CRUZ – Two water line improvement projects are expected to impact Santa Cruz neighborhoods. For the next four weeks, crews will be replacing over 200 feet of water main between Avalon Street and Button Street. For the next eight weeks, crews will also be replacing water lines on Harbor Drive, Pleasant, Caledonia, James and Darwin streets. Both projects may cause temporary water outages and traffic delays. Crews will be working between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (S.G.)
