(12:20) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz council member Pamela Comstock’s stolen vehicle has been recovered. Authorities say that video surveillance shows the 2007 Mercedes SUV being stolen at 4:35 a.m. July 25th from near Bay and King Street. The vehicle was recovered a week later on August 1 on the 200 block of Dufour Street. There were 250 cars reported stolen in Santa Cruz in 2014 up from 228 reported in 2013.
