(08:46) MONTEREY COUNTY – A Marina woman has been sentenced for shoplifting. 43-year-old Tina Marie Hamilton attempted to take nearly $600 worth of merchandise from the Wal-Mart in Marina in May. Store employees stopped the woman at the store’s exit and were able to recover all the stolen items. She was also found in possession of two Georgia state ID cards with different aliases. This week, Hamilton was sentenced to 40 days in county jail plus three years probation. (S.G.)
