(09:34) APTOS – An Aptos man was arrested Tuesday for possession of stolen property and maintaining a drug den. Deputies were dispatched to the home of 45-year-old Keith Lachenmyer following numerous complaints about foot traffic, neighbor disputes and hazardous living conditions. Deputies found rotting food, piles of trash, and drug paraphernalia throughout the Searidge Road residence. Lachenmyer was apprehended and booked into county jail. (S.G.)
