(8:18) SANTA CRUZ – A memorial service has been scheduled for Madyson Middleton. The 8-year-old girl was found dead at the Tannery Arts Center in Santa Cruz on July 27. Her suspected killer, 15-year-old Adrian Gonzalez, is due back in court next month. Madyson’s service will be held at the Kaiser Permanente Arena in Santa Cruz on August 23. It will begin at 3 p.m. and is open to the public. (S.G.)
