(16:04) MONTEREY BAY – PBS is preparing for a three-day TV and online programming event that will highlight the Monterey Bay. Co-produced by PBS and BBC, “Big Blue Live,” will give viewers an intimate look at the Bay’s marine creatures and their environment. The program utilizes filmmakers, scientists, animal behaviorists, photographers, and others, to capture the story of the area’s migrating animals. It will also focus on the rebirth of the Bay, which has seen a decrease in endangered species over the years. Big Blue Live will be hosted live from the Monterey Bay Aquarium Aug. 31 through Sept. 2 from 8 to 9 p.m.
