(13:17) MONTEREY COUNTY – Caltrans and the Transportation Agency for Monterey County announced the completion of the San Juan Interchange Project with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday. This project is expected to improve safety and reduce congestion on Highway 101 Between Dunbarton and Cole Roads. The $69 million project removed three major at-grade intersections — at San Juan Road, Dunbarton Road and Cole Road — and replaced them with a new interchange near the Red Barn at San Juan Road and Highway 101.
