12:37 MOSS LANDING – The Elkhorn Slough Foundation is currently accepting photo submissions for its 2016 wall calendar. Photos must be taken in the Elkhorn Slough watershed and may feature a variety of subject matter including wildlife, landscapes, people, and plants. The Elkhorn Slough watershed contains the areas of Moss Landing Harbor, the slough channel and reserve, and the surrounding hill and upland habitats. All proceeds benefit the foundation’s work to restore and conserve the Elkhorn Slough and its watershed. Image must be submitted in a digital format by the September 30, 2015 deadline.
