(21:35) SAN MIGUEL- The investigation of an illegal dump site in south Monterey county turned up an name and address on a P, G & E bill. Upon arriving to the address on Hidden Creek Road in San Miguel investigators interviewed 34 year old Douglas King. A warrant check reveled King to be a registered sex offender. A compliance search of the residence uncovered over 1500 marijuana plants, hash oil production equipment, and six pounds of processed pot, It was also determined the home was utilizing stolen electrical power. King was booked into county jail.
